Our Bylaws, Code of Ethics, FLEXMLS Systems, Contracts and other systems are constantly improved on through the expertise and experience of our members. AMPI members must take several related courses in their first year and continue training throughout their careers.

We also market using the MLS Vallarta website and Point2Homes.com, as well as many other national and international websites. Social Media is where marketing is at today and we have a team that does nothing but utilize this resource to our best advantage.
So, if your ‘agent’ is not an AMPI affiliate, your property will not be marketed on either of the MLS systems.
